Hi, I’m SARA RAYMENT.

I’m an award-winning lawyer and a business owner. I believe law should be simple and practical.

With over 16 years of experience as a lawyer, my career has taken me from corporate law, complex litigation and international disputes to business and family law. As laws apply to everyone, I believe laws should be easy to understand. I have a global reputation for blending empathy and legal simplicity with the latest technology to produce results for my clients. My focus has always been on the human issues, not just the legal ones.

I’ve advised businesses such as HSBC, Airbnb, Glencore, L’Oreal and bring a wealth of experience to businesses on contracts, technology and disputes.

I’ve always had a deep interest in family law, having worked on Australia’s first Hague application by a same sex parent for the return of a child abducted internationally, to advising on international law and surrogacy in the case of an Australian child with a disability abandoned with the surrogate.

Outside of work, I devote my time to my husband, two boys and labradoodle exploring beaches and riding bikes. I love reading a good book when I can find the time.
